Script Writer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Script Writer to join our on-site content team in Surat. The role primarily involves writing engaging YouTube scripts (both long-form and short-form) for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write compelling scripts for YouTube long-form videos and short-form content (Shorts/Reels-style).
• Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to align scripts with brand tone and client goals.
• Research global topics to ensure accuracy, relevance, and audience engagement.
• Apply storytelling techniques, hooks, and pacing optimized for YouTube retention.
• Edit and revise scripts based on internal reviews and client feedback.
• Stay updated with international YouTube trends, formats, and storytelling styles.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve content performance and strategy.
• Ensure timely delivery of scripts while meeting project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong writing, grammar, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience or understanding of YouTube content formats (long-form & short-form).
• Ability to adapt writing style for different niches and global audiences.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of pacing, hooks, and engagement.
• Good understanding of the digital content landscape and YouTube trends.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,153.52 - ₹37,536.70 per month
