Script Writer / Creative Content Creator (Reels & Ad Campaigns)

We are looking for a creative and talented Script Writer / Creative Content Creator who can develop engaging scripts and innovative ideas for short-form video ads (Reels). The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills and the ability to create attention-grabbing content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling scripts for 30–60 second Reels ads.
• Develop unique and creative concepts aligned with brand goals.
• Plan strong hooks, storytelling flow, and clear call-to-actions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives.
• Suggest visual directions, captions, and trending formats.
• Ensure content is optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in scriptwriting for social media ads or short videos.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience psychology.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and viral formats.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong command of both English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Preferred:

• Experience in performance marketing ads.
• Experience in real estate or service-based industry (preferred).
• Ability to deliver high-quality scripts within tight deadlines.
