About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and research-driven Script Writer Intern to assist in developing engaging content for our YouTube channel and social media strategy. The primary focus of this role is crafting high-retention long-form video scripts, followed by writing short-form video scripts (Shorts & Reels), and contributing to titles, descriptions, and captions. As an intern, you'll learn while contributing to impactful content in the education finance space.
Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Long-form Content (Primary Priority)

Assist in writing 5–10 minute YouTube scripts on topics such as education loans, scholarships, and student finance.

Help create compelling hooks, engaging introductions, and clear transitions to capture and maintain the viewer's attention.

Learn to integrate real-life examples and case studies to make the content relatable.

Help structure scripts into easy-to-follow sections with timestamps or bullet points for better viewer engagement.

Shorts & Reels

Assist in writing 30-60 second scripts for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.

Repurpose sections of long-form videos into short-form content.
-
Keep the tone engaging, maintaining hooks, dynamic pacing, and calls-to-action.

Titles, Descriptions & Thumbnails

Assist in crafting clickable, SEO-friendly titles (60–65 characters).

Write engaging video descriptions with relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility.

Contribute ideas for thumbnail text to maximize click-through rates (CTR).

Additional Relevant Work

Write community post content for YouTube (polls, FAQs, teaser copy).

Conduct research on competitors, trends, and popular content formats to ensure our videos stay relevant.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent writing and storytelling skills in Hindi, English, or Hinglish.

A strong understanding of YouTube’s content strategy (hooks, pacing, and engagement).

Ability to write clearly and concisely, making complex topics accessible.

Familiarity with SEO keywords, clickbait-style titling, and the YouTube algorithm.

Knowledge of short-form video formats (Reels, Shorts).

Basic research skills, especially in education and finance topics.

Creative mindset and willingness to learn.

Ability to adapt tone depending on the target audience (e.g., informal for younger audiences, authoritative for parents/professionals).
