Key Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and editing scripts for YouTube videos across different genres.
• Develop engaging introductions, story structures, and clear narratives under guidance.
• Support the creative team in brainstorming ideas and shaping video concepts.
• Adapt creative briefs into structured and audience-friendly scripts.
• Revise scripts based on feedback to improve clarity, engagement, and flow.
• Conduct basic research to ensure content accuracy and credibility.
• Learn and apply YouTube storytelling techniques, pacing, and audience retention strategies.

Requirements

• Strong interest in scriptwriting, storytelling, and digital content creation.
• Basic understanding of YouTube content formats and audience engagement.
• Good writing and communication skills with a clear and natural tone.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve writing skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage assigned tasks responsibly.
• Basic research skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Prior experience writing scripts, blogs, or social media content.
• Familiarity with YouTube trends and video content strategies.
• Basic knowledge of scriptwriting tools (e.g., Final Draft, Celtx, WriterDuet, or similar).
