Job Overview:

We are looking for a Script Writer who can create engaging, clear, and high-impact Urdu scripts for video and digital content. This role requires someone who can simplify complex ideas and turn them into content that connects with students.

Work Structure:

We are open to both full-time and task-based (freelance) collaborations. High-performing writers may be retained for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging scripts for social media, ads, and video content
• Develop strong hooks and clear messaging for short-form videos
• Research topics and generate relevant content ideas
• Edit and refine scripts based on feedback
• Work with the creative team to align scripts with execution
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Script Writer, Content Writer, or similar role (fresh candidates with strong writing ability may apply)
• Strong command of Urdu (spoken tone, Roman Urdu, and natural expressions)
• Ability to write relatable, engaging, and sharp content (including natural humor where appropriate)
• Ability to write for short-form and long-form video content
• Strong rewriting and editing skills (ability to improve basic drafts)
• Ability to use AI tools to support writing—but not depend on them

Compensation

We offer a market-competitive base along with performance-based incentives. Writers are rewarded based on the impact and results of their content. Task-based and freelance opportunities are also available.
