Imran Idrees Teaching is a leading healthcare facility dedicated to delivering exceptional surgical and patient care. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Scrub Nurse to join our dynamic operating theatre team and contribute to high-quality surgical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available and sterile.

· Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments, sponges, and other sterile supplies.

· Maintain a sterile field and uphold infection control standards throughout surgical procedures.

· Monitor and account for all surgical instruments and equipment before, during, and after procedures.

· Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth and safe operation workflows.

· Maintain accurate documentation and patient care records.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

· Valid nursing license/registration with PNC.

· Specialized training or certification in perioperative nursing (preferred).

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an operating theatre setting.

· Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic techniques.

· Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

· Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
