Scrub Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operation theatre and surgical instruments before procedures
• Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field
• Ensure proper documentation of surgical procedures and supplies used
• Monitor and maintain aseptic techniques throughout the surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and OT technicians to ensure smooth surgical workflows
• Handle and care for surgical instruments and equipment post-operation
• Adhere to hospital infection control protocols and OT guidelines

Requirements:

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institution
• Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council
• 2 to 4 years of experience working as an OT Scrub Nurse in a hospital setting
• Strong understanding of OT protocols, surgical instruments, and infection control practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred:

• Experience in general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, or laparoscopic procedures
• Knowledge of OT scheduling and equipment sterilization

Pay: ₹12,647.26 - ₹37,708.70 per month
