Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Bhubaneswar for a skilled and dedicated Scrub Nurse. The Scrub Nurse will assist surgeons during operations by preparing and maintaining the sterile field in the operating room, handling surgical instruments, and ensuring adherence to infection control practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with surgical teams, managing pre-operative and post-operative equipment, and providing assistance during various surgical procedures. Ensuring patient well-being and effective communication with the medical team are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing and a strong foundation in patient care practices
• Knowledge of Surgery and Operating Room protocols
• Experience and familiarity with Orthopedic Surgery procedures
• Ability to maintain a sterile environment and follow strict infection control measures
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
• Relevant nursing certifications and registration with professional nursing boards
• Previous experience in a hospital or similar clinical setting is advantageous
