Your Mission

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master and Team Lead to guide and support our cross-functional agile teams. You will lead the implementation of Agile best practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove obstacles, and ensure delivery excellence. Your leadership will empower teams to deliver high-impact digital health solutions efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Champion Agile principles and help teams mature in their practices
Guide and coach team members on Agile and Scrum values
Identify and remove impediments to team progress
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability
Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive performance
Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
Help manage scope and timeline, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones
Contribute to team health and morale by encouraging a people-first, feedback-rich environment.
What You Bring
8 + years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Proven facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
Demonstrated ability to identify and remove blockers effectively
Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
Knowledge of UX/UI workflows and SEO fundamentals.
Experience with tools such as GitHub and Figma.
