Responsibilities:<ul><li>Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives</li><li>Track sprint progress and manage agile boards (Trello, ClickUp, etc.)</li><li>Remove roadblocks and keep the team focused</li><li>Support coordination between design, development, and management</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager</li><li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus</li><li>Strong communication and team facilitation skills</li><li>Experience in small startup teams or creative industries preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
