About the Role:
We are seeking proactive, outcome-driven Scrum Masters to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) and key business units, including Design, Deploy, Finance. This role is ideal for individuals with a go-get attitude, relentless execution drive, and strong organizational skills. The Scrum Master will work closely with the CoE Heads to enforce policies, streamline processes, and ensure that all delivery functions align with DQ's organizational goals and values. You will facilitate agile processes, drive collaboration, and ensure alignment between strategy and operations across teams and high-impact leadership initiatives.
Team Context:
- EVMO (Excellence, Value & Management Office): Drives operational excellence, cross-factory visibility, and performance monitoring.
- Design (DSG): Ensures alignment between organizational strategy and day-to-day design operations.
- Deploy: Focuses on delivering projects and operational initiatives efficiently across business units.
- Finance: Ensures smooth financial operations, task closure, and strong governance.
- CEO Office: Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, provide visibility into organizational priorities, and ensure high-impact execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Masters | EVMO
- Monitor Working Rooms (WRs) across factories to identify and resolve gaps.
- Ensure timely updates and clear visibility of WR performance.
- Take ownership and drive initiatives; top performers may move into WR Scrum Master roles.
- Act as a coach and mentor to the team, promoting a proactive, quality-first approach.
Scrum Masters | Design & Deploy
- Monitor Working Rooms (WRs) across factories to identify and resolve gaps.
- Align day-to-day operations with organizational strategy.
- Drive associate growth and monitor performance.
- Delegate work effectively and ensure follow-through to closure.
- Ensure delivery of business value aligned with strategic goals.
- Act as a coach and mentor to the team, promoting a proactive, quality-first approach.
Scrum Master | Finance
- Monitor Working Rooms (WRs) across factories to identify and resolve gaps.
- Ensure Finance WR operates effectively and drives task closure.
- Demonstrate proactiveness, problem-solving, and accountability.
- Maintain strong governance and structured execution.
- Act as a coach and mentor to the team, promoting a proactive, quality-first approach.
Scrum Masters | CEO
- Partner with leadership to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
