Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Agile & Scrum Facilitation

* Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams

* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

* Ensure Scrum framework is followed and continuously improved

* Promote Agile values and principles across teams and stakeholders

Team Enablement & Coaching

* Coach team members on Agile/Scrum practices, self-organization, and accountability

* Help teams improve velocity, predictability, and delivery quality

* Identify and remove impediments that block team progress

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Stakeholder Collaboration

* Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed and prioritized product backlogs

* Facilitate effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders

* Assist in release planning and roadmap execution

Metrics & Reporting

* Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team capacity

* Use data-driven insights to improve team performance

* Ensure transparency through dashboards and regular status updates

* Process Improvement

* Identify process gaps and implement Agile best practices

* Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization

* Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile team members

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge

* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects

* Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles

* Experience working with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, UX)

* Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

Technical & Domain Exposure

* Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

* Exposure to web, mobile, ERP, or enterprise applications

* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Soft Skills

* Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

* Strong leadership and servant-leader mindset

* Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders

* Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach

Certifications (Preferred)

* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification

* SAFe or Agile Coaching certification is an added advantage

Nice to Have

* Experience in Scaled Agile environments

* Exposure to Agile transformation initiatives

* Experience working with distributed or remote teams
