Scrum Master

You will keep the AI Center's delivery moving fast — coordinating teams working on initiatives that span telecom network analytics, fintech fraud prevention, process automation, and customer intelligence.

ROLE MISSION

Enable fast, disciplined delivery of AI and automation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews) for cross-functional AI and data delivery teams
• Track delivery progress against sprint goals and communicate status to stakeholders across telecom and fintech business units
• Identify and remove blockers impeding progress on AI model development, data pipeline delivery, and automation implementation
• Facilitate collaboration between data scientists, engineers, BI developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement practices within the team

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Agile delivery (Scrum framework, sprint facilitation)
• Azure DevOps boards for backlog and sprint management
• Stakeholder communication and impediment resolution

NICE-TO-HAVE

• CSM or PSM certification
• Experience facilitating AI, data, or technology delivery teams
• SAFe or scaled Agile experience
• Background in telecom or fintech project environments
