This is a hands-on environment by design. Leaders at PropertyPilot execute. You will be directly responsible for driving early adoption, recruiting and activating beta users, testing acquisition channels, and turning data into insight. There is no team to manage at the start — and that’s intentional.

About The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to coach, guide, and support our development team in applying Agile/Scrum principles to deliver high-quality software. You’ll facilitate key ceremonies, drive process improvements, and serve as a protector of team focus and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Continuously assess Agile maturity and implement improvement strategies
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and coach them on self-organization and cross-functionality
• Remove team impediments, resolve conflicts, and help navigate resistance
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align sprint goals and backlog priorities
• Support backlog grooming to ensure clarity and readiness for upcoming sprints
• Monitor team health, track sprint metrics (e.g., burndown, velocity), and report performance insights
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Shield the team from external distractions and ensure focus on sprint commitments
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
• Proven experience coaching cross-functional development teams
• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency in JIRA and Agile metrics tracking
• Ability to work with strong personalities and navigate complex team dynamics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and delivering on tight timelines
