Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst / Scrum Master to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise-level technology and data initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in Agile environments and brings a strong blend of analytical and leadership skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Serve as a Scrum Master, coaching teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth team delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and system requirements
• Conduct process analysis and recommend solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
• Support reporting on sprint metrics, team velocity, and delivery progress
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on enterprise data and technology initiatives

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams
• Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team performance
• Proven ability to manage and resolve delivery impediments
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira
• Solid background in business or systems analysis (requirements gathering, process documentation)
• Experience working on large-scale or enterprise IT projects

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state or government technology projects
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

📍 Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

📄 Duration: 4+ month contract (with potential extension)
