Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO

Employment Type: W2 Contract (12‑month duration, strong likelihood of extension)

Work Model: Hybrid (in‑office at least 2 of 3 shared days: Tuesday–Thursday)

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Serve as a servant leader to a team of 12–14 members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary while maintaining strong cross‑team relationships
• Ensure strong Agile hygiene and accurate documentation within Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and Scrum principles
• Support enterprise Agile initiatives by acting as a shared service across technology teams
• Promote a culture of trust, transparency, and adaptability without command‑and‑control behaviors
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master within Agile development environments
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and guide teams in Agile and Scrum practices
• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills across matrixed organizations
• Experience supporting Agile teams within large, complex enterprises
• Hands‑on experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align)
• Ability to manage dependencies and organizational blockers with a collaborative mindset
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience supporting data, analytics, or platform teams
• Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM
• Experience contributing to enterprise‑level Agile transformations
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent – certification type flexible)
• Formal education is less important than demonstrated experience and Agile leadership capability
