The Enterprise Data group at Client is entering a transition to a specdriven development SDD workflow that emphasizes clarity of intent, rapid collaboration, and high quality execution within a scaled product and engineering organization.

About Role:

Join Enterprise Data team driving a shift to spec-driven, design-first development. Looking for a Scrum Master (4+ yrs) who thrives in transformation, coaches teams, and drives delivery in fast-paced environments.

Facilitate contextual adoption of the Scrum Framework, including daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement , sprint reviews & retrospectives, and other related team and intra-team meetings

Facilitate contextual adoption of Lean Thinking, including visualization and continuous optimization of delivery flow using the Kanban Method

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in related field and 4+ years of related experience; MS+ with 3 years experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

4+ years experience applying the Scrum Framework in growing high performing teams as a fulltime practitioner

Scrum Master experience of 4+ years or equivalent experience working in an agile environment

AI Enthusiast - in particular a strong interest in helping integrate AI agents into human systems/processes

• Scrum + Lean/Kanban facilitation
• Agile transformation & team coaching
• Metrics-driven delivery
• Collaboration & stakeholder management
• ADO/DevOps/CI/CD exposure
• AI interest (integrating AI into workflows)
• Experience using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, MURAL, Trello or other collaboration tools
• Experience using Lean/Agile collaboration tools like Rally , VersionOne, Jira

Must-Have: Strong facilitation, bias for action, and ability to guide high-performing teams.
