Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrum Master at Enterprise Agility Consulting in Richmond, VA. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Sprint Planning, refining User Stories, promoting effective communication, and utilizing analytical skills to support Software Development processes.

Qualifications

• Sprint Planning and User Stories skills
• Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication
• Experience or knowledge in Software Development
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
• Ability to mentor and coach team members
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
