Job Description:

10+ years experienced Scrum master/Manager, who have managed and delivered Data Analytics and Gen AI Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Facilitation: Guide the team through key Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Impediment Resolution: Identify and clear blockers, shielding the team from external distractions so they can focus on sprint goals.
• Agile Coaching: Educate and mentor the team on self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Backlog Support: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is properly groomed, understood, and prioritized.
• Conflict Resolution: Foster a psychologically safe, trusting environment where team members can openly discuss issues and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, combined with proven experience managing Agile projects.
• Certifications: Recognized credentials such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Framework Knowledge: Expert understanding of Scrum artifacts, values, and rules.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence to drive change without formal authority.
