Scrum Master

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and ensure effective execution of development activities using Scrum methodologies and Jira-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Manage Jira boards, backlog prioritization, and sprint tracking
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure team productivity
• Track and report team performance metrics and velocity
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
• Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks
• Experience working with software development teams
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud or AWS-based projects
• Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams

• Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
