Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for data-driven projects. This role requires a servant leader who can guide cross-functional teams, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of analytics programs that support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, and experience working alongside data analysts, engineers, and business teams in delivering scalable analytics solutions.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
• Candidate should have the Wealth Management experience
• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
• Experience working on Data Analytics / Business Intelligence projects
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Understanding of data workflows, reporting processes, and analytics delivery lifecycle
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications: -

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications
• Exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or analytics platforms
