Job Location: Atlanta, GA/ Hybrid (Onsite 2+ days a week, either M/W or Tu/Th)

Project Duration: 7-12 months with possible extension

Job Description

Seeking a Scrum Master II to support Agile teams, drive lean-agile practices, and improve delivery predictability. Responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and cross-team coordination.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years Scrum Master experience
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile (SAFe preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (IT preferred)
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Excellent communication & facilitation skills (Teams/virtual)
• Must be local to Atlanta, GA area

Key Skills:

• Agile ceremony facilitation (planning, standups, retros, reviews)
• Backlog grooming & sprint planning
• Impediment removal & stakeholder coordination
• Team coaching & conflict resolution
• Agile metrics & continuous improvement

Must Have:

• 2–5 years Scrum Master experience
• AI Tools experienced such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPR, Nepkins, Perplexity or other AI Agents
• Agile framework experience (Scrum/Kanban/XP)
• SAFe exposure preferred
• Ability to manage transparency, metrics & delivery tracking
• Local to commutable distance to Atlanta office
