Scrum Master - SaaS

Position Overview

At Etactics, the Scrum Master plays a critical role in driving Agile excellence across development teams. This individual serves as a servant leader and facilitator, ensuring teams effectively apply Scrum principles to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
  • Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers to keep projects on track
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized backlogs
  • Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment
  • Support cross-team coordination and dependency management
  • Promote a culture of continuous delivery and iterative improvement

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification
  • Experience in healthcare, data processing, or SaaS environments (relevant to Etactics’ domain)
  • Background in software development or technical teams
  • Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
