About the role

Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior ScrumMaster to support software delivery efforts in a secure government environment. This role partners with software developers and customers to scope projects, evaluate requirements, estimate levels of effort, and drive delivery coordination across Agile and SDLC processes—supporting applications deployed to Microsoft SharePoint (out‑of‑the‑box and custom) and Microsoft IIS using the .NET Framework.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with software developers and customers to scope projects, clarify objectives, and align delivery plans to mission needs
  • Estimate levels of effort (LOE) and help evaluate customer requirements to support realistic planning and delivery commitments
  • Support the creation and deployment of applications to Microsoft SharePoint (OOTB and custom-coded) and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) using the Microsoft .NET Framework
  • Guide teams through SDLC and Agile processes, ensuring work is coordinated and executed in alignment with established practices
  • Mentor junior personnel on proper practices and procedures to strengthen team consistency and delivery quality

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate LOE, and evaluate requirements for applications deployed to SharePoint and IIS using the .NET Framework
  • 5+ years of experience with SDLC and Agile processes
  • 3+ years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures
