At Rio, we are looking for Backend software engineers (1-2 yrs experience) to join our team. We need someone who genuinely takes ownership - the kind of person who sees a problem through from start to finish, not just their assigned piece. Someone curious enough to ask "why does this work this way?" and dig deeper into the codebase.
