About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Tester who has hands-on expertise in testing D365 modules and ensuring high-quality delivery across functional, integration, and regression cycles. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP testing experience with proven exposure to Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, CRM, or related modules).
Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 – ERP Tester
Experience: 3 to 7 Years (Minimum 1 Year in MS Dynamics 365 Testing)

Key Responsibilities
1. Test Planning & Design
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Design detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data for Dynamics 365 modules.
Ensure complete test coverage across customizations, configurations, and integrations.
2. Functional, Integration & Regression Testing
Perform end-to-end functional testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules.
Execute system integration testing across workflows, custom features, and external applications.
Conduct regression testing for deployment cycles, version upgrades, and patches.
3. Defect Tracking & Quality Assurance
Identify, log, and track defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or other tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, BAs) to resolve defects.
Verify bug fixes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
4. Data Validation & Migration Testing
Validate data mapping, migration scripts, and data integrity across modules.
Test reports, dashboards, workflows, and business rules for accuracy and performance.
5. UAT & Deployment Support
Support business teams in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
Perform post-deployment verification and assist with release readiness activities.
6. Automation (Good to Have)
Exposure to automation tools like RSAT, Selenium, Power Automate, or similar.
Ability to design and maintain automated test scripts (preferred but not mandatory).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in ERP testing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows, business processes, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Good documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance, SCM, CRM, or HR modules.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud environments.
- Experience with automation suites for D365 testing.
- ISTQB Certification.
