SDR – Cold Call Specialist

Role Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, target-obsessed Cold Call Specialist (SDR) to be the frontline of our outbound sales engine. Your job is simple but demanding: make 100 quality calls per day, qualify prospects fast, and book meetings for our Account Executives. If you thrive under pressure, love the phone, and know how to get past a gatekeeper and onto a decision-maker — this role is for you.

Core Skills Required

  • High-volume cold calling — ability to make 100 calls per day consistently
  • Appointment booking — strong skills in converting cold calls into confirmed meetings
  • Objection handling — confident, professional responses to common B2B objections
  • Gatekeeper navigation — experience reaching the right decision-maker past front desk or PA
  • CRM management — logging every call, note, and follow-up accurately in real time

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound cold calls per day to targeted B2B prospect lists
  • Qualify prospects using a structured framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Book confirmed meetings and demos for Account Executives — this is the primary KPI
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally without becoming pushy or aggressive
  • Navigate gatekeepers and reach C-level, Director, and Manager contacts
  • Log all call outcomes, notes, and scheduled follow-ups in CRM immediately after each call
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences for no-answer, callback, and warm prospects
  • Meet or exceed weekly appointment booking targets without compromise
  • Provide market feedback from calls to help improve scripts and targeting lists

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of outbound B2B cold calling experience (not inbound customer service)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding call and meeting booking targets
  • Clear, confident, and professional spoken English — no hesitation on cold calls
  • Resilient, thick-skinned, and positive — rejection does not discourage you
  • Strong listening and persuasion skills — knows when to talk and when to listen
  • Basic CRM or data entry experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Excel)
