SDR & Cold Calling Officer

Virtual Triage is a UK-based healthcare SaaS platform revolutionizing how patients connect with licensed doctors for online consultations, booking, and AI-powered triage.
We’re expanding our on-site sales team in Pakistan to accelerate doctor and clinic onboarding for our UK network.

Role Summary

As an SDR / Appointment Setter, you’ll be responsible for contacting medical professionals, introducing Virtual Triage’s platform, and booking qualified meetings for our senior account managers. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships with healthcare providers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow-ups to doctors, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
  • Clearly present the benefits of Virtual Triage and answer basic product questions.
  • Schedule qualified demos / appointments for the UK sales team.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly goals for call volume, appointments, and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate data and notes in CRM (GHL / Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; confident communication with professionals.
  • Ability to handle objections, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
