Role Overview

We are looking for motivated SDR Interns (Sales Development Representatives) to support our outbound sales and lead generation efforts.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who are eager to learn sales, business development, client communication, and international market outreach.

The selected candidates will work closely with our business development team to identify prospects, generate qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize outreach channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and lead generation tools to identify new business opportunities
  • Research and identify potential clients across international markets
  • Engage with prospects professionally and understand their business needs
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospects and sales executives
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets and KPIs
  • Assist in executing sales and marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to management

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written English and professional communication abilities
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and B2B sales processes
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, confident, and eager to learn
  • Fresh graduates and final-year students are highly encouraged to apply
