Sprouto is looking for a motivated, confident, and goal-oriented Female Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting business growth through proactive outreach.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and activity logs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or SDR roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and prospect outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales processes is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients, particularly UK, US, or European markets.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales tools.
