Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Build strong relationships with prospective clients and understand their business needs.

Schedule meetings and coordinate closely with the sales and technical teams.

Conduct consistent follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Research international markets and identify new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Professionally represent Sprouto in all client communications and meetings.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Confidence in cold calling, email outreach, and B2B sales communication.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Previous experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or B2B Sales will be considered an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month
