Seal Coater

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Asphalt Repair & Sealcoat Laborer to join our team. We work on commercial and residential asphalt projects throughout Michigan including parking lot repairs, sealcoating, crack filling, patching, line striping, and general pavement maintenance.

This is a hands-on outdoor position with room to grow for the right person. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with asphalt patching and repair
• Perform sealcoating and crack filling
• Prepare and clean job sites
• Operate blowers, compactors, sealcoat equipment, and hand tools
• Help with line striping and pavement markings
• Load/unload materials and equipment
• Follow safety procedures on all job sites
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
• Experience in asphalt, construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus
• Must be dependable and willing to learn

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
