Lynde Enterprises is looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our outdoor maintenance crew for the 2026 season. This position includes seal coating, landscaping, lawn care, and general outdoor labor. We are a fast-growing family-owned company serving commercial properties throughout the Twin Cities metro.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team.

Job Duties

• Assist with asphalt seal coating projects
• Prep parking lots & driveways
• Weed whipping & blowing
• Mulching & rock bed installation
• Planting flowers, shrubs & landscaping materials
• Load/unload equipment & materials
• Help maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Work as part of a fast-paced crew

Requirements

• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
• Experience in landscaping, seal coating, lawn care, or construction is a plus, but we are willing to train

Schedule

• Full-time seasonal
• Monday–Friday with occasional weekends during busy season
• Day or Evening/night depending on job

Pay

• Starting at $19–$25/hour depending on experience
• Overtime opportunities available
