Duties

• Measure, cut, and assemble seamless gutter systems using hand tools and power tools to ensure accurate fit and function
• Install gutters securely on various building types, including residential and commercial properties, following blueprints and schematics
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding or ladders, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Seal joints with caulking or sealant to prevent leaks and ensure durability of the gutter system
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
• Inspect completed installations for proper alignment, secure fastening, and overall workmanship before project completion
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition to promote a productive work environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction site work, roofing, or related trades such as carpentry or masonry is highly desirable
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations
• Basic understanding of construction estimating, inspection processes, and blueprint reading techniques
• Experience with fabrication, caulking, trim carpentry, or related finishing skills is a plus
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
