Seamstress Upholsterer - 2nd Shift

PRM Inc. is a leader in custom molded wheelchair seating and the work we do directly improves quality of life for the people who use our products every day. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Seamstress/Upholsterer to join our production team. The hours are Monday - Thursday 4:15p - 2:45a. Training will be on first shift.

You’ll be creating custom, high-quality cushions covers that are made specifically for individual users; work you can take pride in at the end of every shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Pattern and construct custom cushion covers
• Cut materials with precision and efficiency
• Sew using industrial sewing machines
• Install zippers and complete upholstery assembly
• Support material restocking and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sewing ability (this is a hands-on, skill-based role)
• Experience with industrial sewing machines preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Availability for second shift is a plus
