About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager with 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, and emerging platforms like Reddit Ads. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where experimentation, optimization, and measurable ROI are critical.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, and Reddit Ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid management to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and proactively implement optimization strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation across platforms.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, ad platform updates, and SEM best practices.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to improve ad quality, relevance, and landing page experiences.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in SEM / Paid Search management.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Yahoo Ads, and Reddit Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale campaigns and budgets.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign automation.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain performance insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for digital marketing innovations.


Added Advantage

  • Prior experience working with Finance clients in the EMEA region.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals to complement SEM efforts.
  • Knowledge of third-party tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, or SimilarWeb.
