Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven SEO Specialist to join the SofiCo digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, boost online visibility, and enhance our website performance across MENA markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities.

Optimize website content, product pages, and blogs for search engines (on-page SEO).

Develop and execute link-building strategies and digital PR initiatives.

Perform regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.

Track, report, and analyze website analytics, rankings, and campaign performance.

Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.

Support in developing local SEO strategies for e-commerce expansion across Egypt and MENA.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.

2–4 years of proven experience in SEO (preferably in e-commerce, health, or FMCG industries).

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.

Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and Yoast.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.

Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing and web development teams.

Basic understanding of content marketing, paid media, and conversion optimization is a plus.

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SEO for multi-language or regional websites (MENA focus).

Certification in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot SEO is an advantage.

Understanding of AI-driven SEO tools and trends.
