Role Overview

We are seeking an SEO Executive with at least 2 years of experience who has hands-on expertise in on-page optimization and a proven track record in backlink acquisition . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-moving health tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-page SEO strategies, including title/meta optimization, content structure, internal linking, and technical fixes.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and digital PR initiatives.
• Monitor site performance, track keyword rankings, and generate regular SEO reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO industry trends, especially in the healthcare and wellness niche.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO techniques and tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.).
• Proven track record in backlink building and off-page SEO strategies.
• Understanding of technical SEO basics (crawlability, site speed, structured data).
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance SEO workflows (keyword clustering, content optimization, competitor analysis).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
