Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage both on-page and off-page SEO including technical optimization, link-building, and content recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and industry updates.
- Optimize websites for local SEO, voice search, and featured snippets.
- Develop and maintain monthly performance reports and ROI analysis.
- Manage a small SEO team or freelancers (if applicable) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Data Studio.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, technical SEO, and schema markup.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.
- Experience in international SEO and multi-language websites.
- Understanding of content marketing, paid search, and social media strategies.
