Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global SEO strategy across multiple brands, products, and regions to drive high-intent organic traffic and improve search visibility.

Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, keyword research, content optimisation, link-building programs, schema updates, and page performance improvements.

Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and content teams to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into new features, landing pages, product updates, and market expansions.

Analyse user behaviour, ranking trends, and competitor landscapes to identify growth opportunities and produce actionable recommendations.

Own SEO dashboards and reporting, continuously monitoring KPIs such as traffic quality, rankings, conversions, and LTV impact.

Optimise multilingual content and oversee localisation best practices across multiple international markets.

Collaborate with paid media teams to align organic and paid search efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and efficient acquisition strategies.

Stay ahead of algorithm updates, emerging search trends (including AI-driven search), and industry best practices to safeguard and expand organic performance.
Requirements

5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within fintech, trading, crypto, or other complex, competitive industries.

Proven expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, crawling and indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and page speed optimisation.

Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimisation, and on-page SEO fundamentals.

Experience managing SEO for multilingual or multi-regional websites.

Familiarity with modern SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and similar platforms.

Ability to interpret data, build insights, and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Knowledge of how AI-powered search and generative engines impact SEO is an advantage.
