Search Engine Optimization - SEO

Overview

The SEO Executive is responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase website visibility, traffic, and performance. This role requires a solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and analytics. The SEO Executive will collaborate with the content, web, and marketing teams to implement strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary improvements.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Analyze SEO performance and prepare detailed reports on rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and search engine trends, algorithm updates, and tools.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (especially WordPress) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
