Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

At ZPayso, we are seeking a skilled Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to plan, implement, and optimize our online presence across search engines. You will play a key role in improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and enhancing search rankings for our fintech platforms. Your expertise will directly contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and overall digital growth in a competitive and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and URL structure improvements.
• Manage and execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, and directory submissions.
• Perform technical SEO audits including site speed optimization, crawlability, indexing, and structured data implementation.
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools.
• Identify and resolve SEO-related issues to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Track and report SEO performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing practices.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website optimization techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
