Your Role

As our SEO Specialist , you’ll develop and execute strategies that increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and boost lead generation for some of Dubai’s most exclusive properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market
• Conduct keyword research to target high-value search terms
• Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, content, and internal links)
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers on improvements
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and partnerships
• Monitor and report on performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrens, etc.)
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and competitor trends
• Recommend UX improvements to enhance conversions

What We’re Looking For

• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Previous experience in a real estate company in Dubai is required
• 3+ years of SEO experience , ideally in a Dubai real estate brokerage
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and ranking factors
• Skilled with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrens, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
• Experience with WordPress , and familiarity with Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who loves seeing measurable results
