Because we’re growing, we are looking for an SEO Specialist to take ownership of our search strategy and help our clients (and our own brands) stand out online. You MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SEO STRATEGY, ON-PAGE AND OFF-PAGE OPTIMIZATION, AND ANALYTICS. You also must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show extraordinary attention to detail. Please ONLY apply if you have hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and website optimization for a small business or agency.

This is a full-time position based in our Brigham City, Utah office. As an employee, you will qualify for health insurance and 401(k) benefits. You MUST be based in or near Brigham City or willing to commute, and you must be a U.S. citizen (sorry — no exceptions).

Position Overview:

To research, implement, and optimize SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, generate qualified traffic, and improve lead conversion for our company and our clients. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in rankings, traffic quality, and ROI.

Specifically:

• Your ability to plan and execute SEO campaigns that achieve targeted results on time and on budget.
• Your ability to analyze and report on website performance metrics with precision and insight.
• Your commitment to continually improving SEO processes and staying current with algorithm changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement on-page fixes (meta tags, schema, link structure, etc.).
• Develop and execute link-building strategies and content collaborations.
• Analyze traffic, rankings, and conversion data to refine campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on new builds.
• Monitor competitor performance and identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on SEO performance and ROI for the CEO and marketing team.
• Assist in local SEO management for Google Business Profiles and location-based keywords.
• Stay up-to-date on SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure continued compliance and growth.
