Job Description
Position: SEO Specialist (Technical)
Work Model: Office
Experience Window: 3 to 5 years
Position Type : Full-time
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with a strong background in technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization . The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and optimizing our websites to achieve maximum visibility across search engines.
● Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues, crawl errors, indexing issues, and performance gaps.
● Perform on-page SEO : meta tags, title tags, content optimization, schema markup, internal linking, site structure, etc.
● Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies , including backlink building, outreach, and disavow process.
● Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
● Generate and Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO best practices.
● Stay up to date with the latest SEO tools, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices .
● Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement SEO recommendations.
● Monitor website performance with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
● Prepare and present SEO performance reports (rankings, traffic, conversions, CTR).
● Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered SEO tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Jasper, Clearscope, SEMrush AI, Ahrefs Insights, etc.).
● Ability to use AI for keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization .
● Experience in AI-assisted technical SEO audits and automated reporting.
● Skilled in prompt engineering for generating optimized titles, meta descriptions, and schema markup.
● Knowledge of AI content guidelines (Google’s EEAT, avoiding duplicate/thin AI content, human editing for quality).
● Familiarity with AI-driven analytics & forecasting for organic search trends.
● 3–5 years of proven SEO experience (technical + on-page + off-page).
● Strong knowledge of Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
● Hands-on experience with SEO tools : SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC.
● Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Core Web Vitals, and site speed optimization .
● Experience with backlink analysis and link-building campaigns .
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
