About the Job
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team and enhance our digital growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SEO tools, and the ability to develop strategies that improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Roles and Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & GEO Targeting

Develop and implement SEO strategies that support overall business goals.

Execute GEO and local SEO tactics to improve visibility in targeted regions or multiple locations.

Optimize listings on platforms such as Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Bing Places, and other local directories.

Conduct location-based keyword research and competitor analysis for specific markets.

Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across all local listings and third-party platforms.
Technical SEO
-
Perform comprehensive technical audits to identify crawl, index, performance, and structural issues.

Work with developers on implementing structured data, schema markup (including local business schema), and site improvements.

Optimize Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, internal linking, and site architecture.
On-Page Optimization

Optimize metadata, headings, content structure, URL patterns, and keyword placement.

Provide SEO guidelines and content briefs focused on targeted GEO regions and user intent.

Review and update existing content to improve relevance and ranking performance.
Off-Page & Authority Building

Support link-building strategies that enhance domain authority and GEO-specific authority.

Monitor backlink health and identify local link-building opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting

Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.

Create detailed reports showing rankings, GEO performance, traffic patterns, and conversion trends.

Use data insights to refine strategies and uncover regional growth opportunities.
Collaboration

Work closely with content, marketing, design, and development teams to ensure SEO integration across projects.

Provide SEO requirements for web updates, landing pages, and localized campaigns.
Qualifications
-
5 years of proven SEO experience, including GEO / local SEO.

Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy.

Proficient with SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console.

Understanding of local SEO factors (local citations, map pack optimization, reviews management).

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Skills

Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.

Familiarity with schema.org and structured data, especially Local Business schema.

Understanding of UX principles, CRO, or content strategy.

Experience using AI-powered SEO tools and automation.
