Search Engine optimization Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and continuously optimise our SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) aligned with business and content goals.
• Lead and manage the SEO team: task assignment, mentoring/coaching, performance reviews, and ensuring quality of output.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site architecture, page speed, crawlability, mobile optimisation, structured data) and work with teams to fix issues.
• Monitor SEO performance via analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and prepare reports and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay on top of search engine algorithm updates, industry trends and emerging technologies, and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Drive process improvements within the team: workflow optimisation, documentation of SEO best practices, tools usage, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,262.20 per month
