Your Mission &amp; Key Responsibilities:
<div><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and equipment, including oil changes, lubrications, and filter replacements.</li><li>
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in mixer trucks, loaders, dump trucks, tankers, and other heavy equipment.</li><li>
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.</li><li>
Rebuild, replace, or repair major components such as engine heads, blocks, starters, and transmissions.</li><li>
Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures in the workshop and on job sites.</li><li>
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work using company systems.</li><li>
Stay updated on the latest diesel engine technology and repair techniques through ongoing learning.</li></ul></div>

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Commitment to safety standards and protocols.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in diesel engine repair is a plus.</li><li>
