 Amazon Web Services (AWS) is growing rapidly, and we are looking for Data Center Technician Interns to join our expanding team in the Greater London area.
 
 
 This position involves hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair. All interns will be exposed to independent work and in a team. Work prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to react quickly are critical to being successful.
 
 
 As an intern, you will participate in our 12-week internship program in our London Data Centers.
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 You will have the opportunity to provide our internal workforce with infrastructure related support, resolving tickets related to HW (Motherboard, RAM, CPU, GPU, etc) and networking tickets (Link Down, Optics Replacements, Switch Replacements, etc).
 
 
 In addition to hardware and network repair, interns will learn how to install equipment, create documentation, innovate solutions, and fix complex problems within the data center space.
 
 
 
 Duties Include
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Hardware troubleshoot in servers which are not live with an AWS technician's supervision
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand the importance to meet SLA&rsquo;s against assigned trouble tickets
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow the AWS technician's during network troubleshooting
 </li>
 <li>
 Replace Media (SSD/HDD) according with AWS Data Tech guidance
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular server hardware repairs (drives, motherboards etc) under the guidance of experienced techs
 </li>
 <li>
 Interact with third party vendors &amp; contractors who are working on site

 </ul>
 Amazon internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks. This position requires the intern to report to work onsite on a daily basis. Job Overview First Motors is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our customer service operations. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support via phone. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities<ul><li>To receive and forward all telephone calls in an orderly manner and make record of them.</li><li>To greet and guide visitors through the right channels without causing a disturbance to the employees.</li><li>You should not allow visitors seated at the reception for a long time and assist them to have their issues sorted out in a well-mannered way.</li><li>To listen attentively to visitors complaints and guide them to the appropriate channel.</li><li>To ensure the reception area clean &amp; tidy.</li><li>To serve as a contact point for all general maintenance concerns,&nbsp;enquiries, complains, problems, and other related matters.</li><li>Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, etc.</li><li>To assist in any type of typing works as and when required.</li><li>To receive and dispatch any courier packages handed over to you, forward them to their respective Depth Courier Companies and to ensure dispatch and receipt in time.</li><li>To follow up with customers after service/sales visit.</li><li>To collect data from customers.</li><li>To book service appointments.</li><li>To carry out other related jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 2-5 years of experience.</li><li>Secondary School or any relevant education.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.</li><li>Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.</li><li>Prior experience in a call centre environment is preferred, but not essential.</li><li>Strong computer skills and experience with CRM systems is desirable.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. &nbsp;</li></ul>
