This role will work closely with product design, UX, engineering, and marketing teams to translate complex aircraft systems, mechanisms, and user interactions into clear, accurate, and compelling visual content.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create high-quality 3D animations, still renders, and visualisations for aircraft systems, interiors, mechanisms, and use cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop exploded views, cut-sections, assembly animations, and functional demonstrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Convert CAD / Class-A / surfacing models into animation-ready assets while maintaining technical accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with industrial designers, UX designers, human factors engineers, and structural teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce visual content for investor presentations, certification discussions, marketing materials, simulations, and internal design reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure high realism in lighting, materials, textures, and camera composition aligned with ePlane&rsquo;s brand language.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support rapid design iterations and evolving product requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage rendering workflows and ensure consistency across different output formats.

 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications

 Proficiency in 3D animation and visualization tools such as: Blender (most preferable) / Unity / Unreal / Maya
 </li>

 Experience with render engines like Cycles, Octane, or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of lighting, shading, materials, textures, and rendering pipelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with CAD data (STEP, IGES, Alias, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of motion design principles and animation fundamentals
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with post-production tools (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or equivalent)

 CAD - Computer Aided Design
 
 
 Proficient in CAD software, define CAD models 3D or 2D, relating design specifications or CAD elements given by PTM RD/Design Leaders/Design Engineers.
 
 
 Define/build 3D models that will be consistent relative to mould/plastics constraints, clash/clearance with other components or mechanical constraints.
 
 
 Define 2D Drawings, consistent regarding drawing rules/layout/functional tolerances.
 
 
 Responsible of the 2D/3D definition of his (or her) own component, part of component in term of the good application of Branch CAD methodology rules, CAD models quality, CAD quality tools, check lists, auto control.
 
 
 Responsible of small technical definitions (Clip, locating &hellip;) or local area design (Standard integration, strengthen ribs, harness &hellip;).
 
 
 Follow and promote quality procedure.
 
 
 Validate &amp; follow-up of all CAD data concerning his (or her) project inside VLS Branch PDM/PLM systems.
 
 
 Responsible of lead-time/costs of his tasks (Efficiency and timing follow-up) by respecting projects milestones/dead line.

This individual will bring proven expertise in manufacturing process development and optimization for sophisticated drone systems, especially during new product introduction in partnership with contract manufacturers.  What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary on-site Manufacturing Engineering lead at the Contract Manufacturing (CM) facility, acting as the central point of contact and technical expert for all manufacturing process-related activities and issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Program Management, Quality, and Testing teams to ensure complete production coverage, driving quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive the resolution of manufacturing issues in a CM environment by problem-solving via Design of Experiments (DOEs), from setup and execution to analysis and implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide engineering guidance and support for the design, development, and implementation of mechanical jigs and fixtures, aimed at enhancing process control and maximizing operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop standard processes and documentation for manufacturing processes including process flow chart, SOP, tool and fixture requirements and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Design teams to integrate and champion Design for Manufacturability (DFM/A) principles early in the product development cycle, influencing designs for optimal manufacturability, cost, and reliability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Seamlessly interface with Design, Quality, and Sourcing teams to ensure efficient component sourcing, rigorous qualification, and successful integration into manufacturing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 10-15% domestic travel is expected.

 What You&rsquo;ll Need
 
 
 
 <ul>

 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles, including driving a product from NPI to Mass Production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong manufacturing background in developing robust and repeatable processes to scale new products, including process design, fixture development, and line qualification in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with PCB and SMT processes, as well as knowledge of coating application and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to provide DFM/DFA feedback to support continuous manufacturing improvement at vendors and contract manufacturers
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes, conduct data-driven analysis, and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to use 3D CAD software (e.g., NX, Creo, SolidWorks) to review fixture design, analysis, and minor modifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of GD&amp;T principles, applications, measurement methods and tolerance stack-up analysis for component and assembly design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
